Criteria for Evaluating Your Technical Skills:

A=90-100.	Mastery. Concepts are recalled and executed effortlessly.
B=80-89	Competance. Concepts are recalled with some coaching and executed with some effort and repitition.
C=70-79	Familiarity. Concept are familiar, but require explanation for proper recall. Concepts are executed with difficulty.
D=60-69	Apathy. Cancepts are unknown or only vaguely recognized. Little effort has been made to learn and execute. Concepts are performed with difficulty or not at all.
F=0-59	No growth.
